DOSRunner comes in two flavors, a batch file and a Windows Shell Extension.
The batch file version is the default and will create a shortcut in the Quick Launch section of the desktop that will work in any Windows version.
You can also add this to the dosbox.bat file of a DOSBox configuration menu as an option for “Send to Dosbox”.
There is also a Windows Shell Extension version.
You can right click any Windows icon and click “Run in DOSBox”. You can also set DOSRunner as your default shell extension.
A tip:
There is a problem in Windows 7 where you can’t add a.txt extension to a batch file.
