Now you can have the best of both worlds: You can either have your clock appear on all your screens, or just on your desktop. You can have your own design or a clock with a wallpaper. You can get the time from wherever you are on your computer, and display a different time on different screens.
How to use it:
Open “Clock” in your Program Manager and find the folder that you used to install the application.
Double click on the “Chameleon Clock.exe” file.
Chameleon Clock runs in the background on your computer and you don’t need to be logged in to make changes.
When you close the application it will save your settings to the app’s configuration file.
If you log out or the computer turns off, you will lose any of your changes. If you would like to have the application save your settings and have the clock show on your desktop, log out, and/or turn off the computer, then start the application, and select “Leave this desktop.”

You can configure Chameleon Clock to show the time in different locations:
Clock: If you don’t want to change the default clock Windows uses, then click the clock icon, and select “Leave this desktop.” In this way, Chameleon Clock will display the time in the location you defined.
Wallpaper: Click the wallpaper icon, and select “Leave this desktop.”
If you want to show the time on another monitor or screen, and do not want to see the clock on your desktop, click the “Set Up” button and select “Screen.”

I have a custom system that provides list of users on the screen and if user clicks on button “Add user to ACL” I need to add the user to the ACL.
I have already written a stored procedure to create user and I can see the user in the table.
